Straight-Through:

Pin 1 ==> Orange/White
Pin 2 ==> Orange
Pin 3 ==> Green/White
Pin 4 ==> Blue
Pin 5 ==> Blue/White
Pin 6 ==> Green
Pin 7 ==> Brown/White
Pin 8 ==> Brown

Wire Becomes
 1 ==> 1
 2 ==> 2
 3 ==> 3

Crossed-Over:

Pin 1 ==> Orange/White			Pin 1 ==> Green/White	
Pin 2 ==> Orange			Pin 2 ==> Green
Pin 3 ==> Green/White			Pin 3 ==> Orange/White
Pin 4 ==> Blue				Pin 4 ==> Blue
Pin 5 ==> Blue/White			Pin 5 ==> Blue/White
Pin 6 ==> Green				Pin 6 ==> Orange

You can also use 4-wired phone cable, but the speed will probably be less than 10-mbit.
Use rj45 connectors, and connect connectors number 1,2,3,6, using phone cable.
